If the co-owner of a property does not pay his taxes, can I claim sole ownership?
If my co-owner of my property never pays Property taxes can I become sole owner if it goes to county auction and I pay the highest bidder or I am highest bidder on the lien to become sole owner of the property that is if the other co-owner can not pay the money
